Overview
Among the Glades is a playing card deck designed as one of my capstone projects for my final quarter of the Visual Communication Design B.Des program at the University of Washington. Inspired by playing card designer @arynlei, I wanted to celebrate the vast existence of the public domain, while highlighting art that is either hard to find, or less noticed in general. The artwork in this deck is themed around plants and our natural surroundings, and invites players to take a deeper look at the natural world around them, but through the eyes of various artists around the world.
